The smartphone virus that is Pokémon GO continues to ravage the planet with no known cure, and things have just got personal. Buddy Pokémon now let you pick a favourite.
That's right, feelings are now on the line. Picking a Buddy means you'll be able to earn Candy to feed them, furthering the virtual bond with your pocket monster. The Candy is earned through walking certain distances.
Support for the Pokémon GO Plus device is now also added into the game with pre-orders open on the Nintendo Store in your respective Pokémon wildlands, like the UK.
It is now also easier to select smaller Pokémon on the screen after Snorlax and Charizard did all the pixel hogging. Eggs will now play their animations correctly when hatching, added the patch notes.
"Improved performance reliability when a device switches networks to no longer cause the application to hang or stop updating", is another rather important addition. There's also miner txet fixes. How embarrarseing are those to miss?
The Pokémon GO update should be with all users by the end of the week.
