An adaptation of the New York Magazine article “Worst Roommate Ever”. The story deals with a female Philadelphia apartment owner who signs up a new tenant, not having a clue he was actually a notorious serial squatter who slowly laid claim to her apartment using his intricate knowledge of tenancy laws to stay one step ahead of her.
