An adaptation of McKay Jenkins’ WWII tale. The project deals with the formation of the 10th Mountain Division, a troop of U.S. expats, ski bums and thrillseekers turned soldiers who helped turn the tide against the Nazis in Europe – including Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman. They also planned and executed one of the most daring nighttime mountain attacks in U.S. military history.
