Stranded on a remote moon, Kora (Sofia Boutella), a woman enshrouded in enigma, forges a life among tranquil agrarians. Her obscure history becomes key to the settlers' fate as they face annihilation by the despotic Regent Balisarius (Fra Fee) and his brutal agent, Admiral Noble (Ed Skrein), who seek retribution after the farmers' inadvertent trade with the Bloodaxes, led by Cleopatra Coleman and Ray Fisher, a pair of rebels marked by the Motherworld. Charged with rallying defenders for the vulnerable inhabitants of Veldt, Kora, alongside Gunnar (Michiel Huisman), a war-unschooled farmer, traverses galaxies to locate the Bloodaxes. They gather a motley crew bound by the quest for atonement: Kai (Charlie Hunnam), a mercenary pilot; General Titus (Djimon Hounsou), a storied leader; Nemesis (Doona Bae), an expert swordswoman; Tarak (Staz Nair), royalty turned prisoner; and Milius (E.
