MASERATI 3500GTClassic Car
Maserati made its name in motor racing, having produced the legendary 250F, which took Juan Manuel to World Championship glory in 1957. However, in 1957, the company turned its full attention to the business of building road cars, unveiling the 3500GT. With this car, Maserati evolved into a serious producer of road cars (the A6 models were always low volume semi-racers), competing strongly with Ferrari. The Touring bodied coupé certainly looked the part, and with an Alfieri designed engine and racer-derived chassis, the 3500GT was as good to drive as it was to look at.
