Digital Media Alumni Andrew Quitmeyer will soon be featured on a new series Hacking the Wild, which will be aired on Discovery-owned Science Channel. The series will be 6 episode of 60 minutes each following Andy “a digital survivalist” through the most remote parts of the world armed with everyday technology. His challenge will be to make his way back to civilization using only his survival skills and a backpack’s worth of wires, laptops and tracking devices. he travels out to remote Pacific Islands and to the Alaskan backcountry.
