Stars tells the story of Glen Sweet, who sets out on a quest to end his life. After experiencing heartbreaking tragedy and loss, Glen has succumbed to a haphazard and alcoholic lifestyle. As he journeys to New Mexico, planning to jump from the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, Glen encounters a number of colorful characters, each one influencing him in some way and having a deep impact on his ultimate decision.
