Chromatic Memories

Chromatic Memories is a cozy visual novel exploring themes of grief, loss, memory, and acceptance, set in the Canary Islands in the early 2000s. You play as Nayara, a memory painter who uses a device called the Memory Channeller to delve into people's minds, altering or erasing their memories. One morning, Nayara wakes up feeling that something is amiss—missing items, misplaced things, and unclear recollections. Upon starting her work with the Memory Channeller, she discovers it is in Editor Mode, a setting used exclusively for altering her own memories. This realization means she has erased something from her own mind. Determined to uncover what she wanted to forget, Nayara begins a journey through her past, following clues that lead to more memories, hoping to discover the truth about what she desperately wanted to erase.
