The Boreas facility, a secret R&D laboratory in the Hebrides, has been breached and its own AI technology has taken over to create Geists, AI-controlled synthetic soldiers. In Dark Protocol, players will earn rewards and jump into a new time-limited mode - Killswitch, a 12v12 mode that can be played across Redacted, Manifest, Hourglass and Spearhead.
