As autumn begins, painting the leaves with the first hints of color, a boy finds himself arriving at Yunagi Village. The first person he encounters there is a charming girl distributing flyers, dressed as a cute, cat-eared waitress."Please visit Cafe Setaria! We look forward to seeing you!" coaxed by the waitress, the boy steps into the cafe, where he meets another girl adorned with similar ears. Puzzled by his reaction, she inquires: "Can you actually see these ears?" She explains that they are therianthropes, and their ears and tails are usually invisible to ordinary humans. Upon learning their secret, the boy finds himself drawn into working alongside them at the cafe.
