Will a ZombiU Port be Shambling onto Xbox One and Playstation 4?
According to a new video report from Unseen65, a Youtube channel dedicated to 'beta, unreleased & unseen video games!', Ubisoft's ZombiU could be heading to Xbox One and Playstation 4 consoles.
ZombiU launched with the Wii U in 2012 but suffered unsatisfying sales numbers, fell unprofitable and, as such, a sequel was cancelled in July 2013. It is no surprise that Ubisoft would want to push the game onto other platforms but the video brings up the excellent point that the game was built for the Wii U gamepad.
The creator, Tamaki, was not given information on Ubisoft's strategies relating to this system but, if it is to be believed, we're sure to find out soon. Tamaki "did get a strong indication that it could see an announcement during the E3 period" and could be included in Ubisoft's line-up this year.
