Survival Mode Update Available for Metal Gear Online
Konami have released an April update for Metal Gear Online which will fix a handful of issues, as well as add Survival Mode to the game.
Survival Mode will be accessible even if you don't have the 'Cloaked in Silence' expansion pack "as long as you have a minimum of 1 SURVIVAL TICKET." These SURVIVAL TICKETS will be distributed in packs of 10 during Tuesday's scheduled maintenance each week but will not stack if not used.
Konami states, "SURVIVAL is a new win-streak mode where teams of players compete to achieve greater rewards. All players can try out the new maps from the recent ‘CLOAKED IN SILENCE’ DLC for free in SURVIVAL matches, with a limit of 10 attempts per week (the number of free available attempts reset every Tuesday during the scheduled maintenance). Players who purchased the ‘CLOAKED IN SILENCE’ Expansion Pack will have unlimited access to SURVIVAL."
