Jotun: Valhalla Edition Release Date Announced For PS4, Xbox One, & Wii U
As announced today, the first title from indie developer Thunder Lotus Games, Jotun, will be taking a break as a PC exclusive game to come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, & Wii U systems in the form of Jotun: Valhalla Edition.
Jotun is a title that sounds a bit familiar to Titan Souls. It's a hand-drawn exploration game about Thora, a Viking warrior who has died and now must prove herself to the Gods if she wants to enter Valhalla, a majestic "hall of the slain" for those who've died in combat. To prove herself worthy of entry, she must explore vast runes to unleash the jotun, giant Norse elements and defeat them with her two-handed axe to gain the respect she seeks.
The Valhalla Edition, fittingly, contains Valhalla Mode, a replayable boss rush mode with even fiercer versions of the already-challenging jotun. A price point has not been announced for consoles, but the game is currently $14.99 on Steam. You can look forward to playing the game very soon, on September 8th for the Wii U & on September 9th for PlayStation 4 & Xbox One!
