Platinum Games Developing Transformers: Devastation Says Best Buy
After poking its head up this morning, it appears the leaked Transformers game is under development by PlatinumGames Inc. which means fast action and unique combat. We're hearing this from a Best Buy Canada listing which has now been removed.
The listing dated the game for an October release and gave a short description of what we should be expecting from the developers of Mad World, Bayonetta, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, and The Wonderful 101.
"Face off against Megatron and battle it out with the Decepticons in Transformers Devastation. Equipped with fast action capabilities, this game allows for instant robot to vehicle attacks, slam downs, counterattacks, and infinite combos for a unique master combat system. Five difficulty levels also deliver hours of intense gameplay."
The listing also boasts signature action with instant robot to vehicle attacks, deep customisation, and five playable Autobots: Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Wheeljack, and Grimlock featuring the actors from the original TV series reprising their original roles.
If the leak is to be believed, we'll be seeing the game on Monday during Youtube's E3 stream. Transformers: Devastation is expected to be revealed October 6, 2016.
