Police line-ups aren't the most riveting of elements in fighting crime, until now. Edmund McMillen, co-creator of The Binding of Isaac and Super Meat Boy, has just announced "Fingered" coming to PC next week.

It's a ""whodunit" hyperrealisic police sim" where we must decipher the clues given to us by nosey local busy bodies; however each has a particular quirk like describing the opposite of what they've witnessed. Once we've determined the guilty party then it's time to finger them - a most unfortunate turn of phrase today.

Fingered has a "few billion randomly generated people" to sort through across "21 levels of confusion". Don't worry as its also got the essentials like 'buttons, sounds and menus' we're told on the very concise Steam store page.

Fingered releases on PC August 18th and will be priced at $1.87 apparently, as it matches the Californian Penal Code for homicide (187).
