Rogue Trooper Redux Release Date Confirmed October, Comparison Trailer
Rebellion will be airdropping GI super soldiers onto PC and consoles by mid-October with Rogue Trooper Redux, and they've teased us with a comparison trailer.
Rogue Trooper from Rebellion is the adaption of the comic book series that features genetic infantrymen who are blue-skinned and who have their entire personalities loaded into biochips for later retrieval. They can withstand deadly toxins and even the vacuum of space.
The original Rogue Trooper game released back in 2006 for PC, Xbox and PlayStation 2 and will now be receiving the remaster treatment with the Redux release.
Redux highlights:
• Completely remodelled characters, weapons and vehicles
• Remastered cinematics
• New special effects
• Dynamic lighting
• Higher fidelity geometry
Rogue Trooper Redux releases on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 October 17th, 2017. Switch remains to be confirmed at a later date.
