Team17 Announces Worms WMD and Worms 4 for Mobile
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Worms franchise, as well as 25 years of veteran studio Team 17 and, to celebrate, the company is bringing forward their next offering to Gamescom.
Worms WMD, a brand new title, will be heading to Xbox One and PC in 2016 or, as Team17 have taken to calling it, the year of the Worm. The title will feature a brand new, cartoon-inspired look with beautiful hand-drawn backgrounds as evidenced in the gallery of screenshots below.
For the first time, the game will feature vehicles and brand new strategies to bring new gameplay for players new and old.
As for Worms 4, you'll be able to pick the game up on iOS this August.
