Darksiders 3 Announced
Following the leak from Amazon, THQ Nordic has made the announcement official for Darksiders 3 and confirmed it will be coming to PC and console in 2018.
What's more there is a trailer showing Fury doing her thing as she battles the demonic and angelic forces to rebalance the Earth between good and evil. There are a number of former Vigil Games developers working on the new Darksiders.
"Return to an apocalyptic Earth in Darksiders III, a hack-n-slash Action Adventure where players assume the role of FURY in her quest to hunt down and dispose of the Seven Deadly Sins. The most unpredictable and enigmatic of the Four Horsemen, FURY must succeed where many have failed – to bring balance to the forces that now ravage Earth. Darksiders III is the long-anticipated, third chapter in the critically-acclaimed Darksiders franchise."
As the reveal trailer below shows, Fury suspects her brother War is the reason for all the trouble on Earth and obeys the Council's wishes to tackle the Seven Deadly Sins. Darksiders 3 takes place in parallel to the two original games featuring War and Death.
Darksiders 3 releases on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in 2018.
