P.T Spiritual Successor Allison Road Launches Kickstarter Campaign
Allison Road first popped up on our radar back in July when its gorgeous prototype gameplay video surfaced on Youtube to quell the soreness of P.T's digital extinction.
A handful of months have passed and Allison Road now sits happily on Kickstarter, awaiting a funding goal of £250,000. The project has already garnered almost £50,000 and offers a simple breakdown of where your money will be going.
A description of the game reads: "Follow us deep into the house and discover a story to die for. A quiet street in the suburbs of Manchester, U.K.
It is late autumn and the trees and bushes have long lost their green summer coat. Thick clouds and rain dominate the grey days and chilly nights. With nothing but the sound of distant traffic and crows to pierce the omnipresent silence, you wake up one night without any recollection of prior events.
Now it is your turn to uncover what happened to your family, and face off against the horrors that await in the house…
…and beyond.
What would you do if you could feel something stalking you in the dark, in the safety of your own home? If you couldn’t tell what’s real and what’s not?"
Once funded, Allison Road is expected to ship for PC by the end of 2016 while Mac, Linux, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 versions will follow soon with their release dates resting on the campaign's success.
