Reese Witherspoon Warms to Cold
Continuing to produce and occasionally star in movies that offer decent roles to women within strong genre fare, Reese Witherspoon has snapped up supernatural thriller Cold.
Written by Bill Marsilii, little is known of just what Cold maybe other than it's a dark thriller with supernatural elements, which, judging by the title, might have something to do with ghost considering the widely reported myth of spooks lowering the temperature of a room they happen to be haunting.
Witherspoon and Pacific Standard Films partner Bruna Papandrea brought the project to Lionsgate, which has already begun developing it. with Witherspoon taking on producer and star roles.
The Election star already has a number of other projects in the works including: Ashley's War, All Is Not Forgiven, Pale Blue Dot and a live action take on Peter Pan character Tinkerbell in Tink.
