Star Fox 64 Releases For Wii U On March 24th
Can't wait for Star Fox Zero? Star Fox 64 should hold you over until its arrival when it releases in Europe on March 24th for Wii U Virtual Console.
In the game, Andross has launched an all-out attack on the Lylat System, and only Fox McCloud and the Star Fox team are capable of saving the day. A heavy inspiration for Star Fox Zero, Star Fox 64 will have players jumping into their Arwing fighter, Landmaster tank, or Blue Marine sub to blast all of Andross’s forces out of the galaxy.
Features include: 15 varied levels of air, space, land, and undersea combat, a VS mode for up to four players, hidden paths for exploration through varied levels, & three game types: Point Match, Battle Royal, and Time Battle.
There's no word at this time whether or not other regions can expect the game as well, however, we do know that anyone interested in purchasing the title can do say at a 50% discount up until Star Fox Zero's release on April 21st.
