Sonic Forces Release Date Confirmed November
SEGA has announced Sonic Forces will be out for PC and console this early November. The new Sonic follows in the speed footsteps of Sonic Generations.
It's a blend of classic 2D and the more modern 3D versions of the Sonic universe where the former plays out through 2.5D side-scrolling reminiscent of classic SEGA Genesis titles, while the new parts are full 3D such as Sonic Unleashed.
Sonic Forces features a hero of the player's own creation in a third gameplay mode called Avatar.
"In a world conquered by Dr. Eggman, it’s up to Modern Sonic, Classic Sonic, and your own Custom Character to fight back. Even together, the three heroes won’t have it easy – Eggman has assembled his own roster of all-star villains, including a mysterious new enemy with an even stranger ability…"
Sonic Forces releases on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch November 7th, 2017.
