First Trailer For Strangerland Adds Another Reason To Fear Australia
The first trailer for Australian set thriller Strangerland has landed courtesy of Alchemy, the film company not the process of turning lead into gold, and it promises a a sordid tale similar to the twists and turns of Gone Girl.
The movie stars Nicole Kidman (Paddington) and Joseph Fiennes (Hercules) as parents whose life is thrown into turmoil when their children go missing during a sandstorn in the Australian outback. Hugo Weaving (The Hobbit Trilogy) plays a detective assigned to the case but as the investigation continues disturbing rumors from the family's past begin to resurface.
