Stellaris: Synthetic Dawn Story Pack Release Date Announced
Paradox Interactive has announced the new Synthetic Dawn Story Pack will be releasing for their space 4X grand strategy Stellaris later this month.
Those damn ungrateful droids and awakening synthetic intelligences are concluding there's more to existence than mining our ores, doing our taxes and peculating our coffees; they're rebelling and this revolution starts in two weeks.
A new video from Paradox Development Studios highlights the biggest features coming with the new Story Pack, which doesn't include the new free features as part of the accompanying game patch for all Stellaris emperors.
Feature highlights:
• You, Robot: Play Stellaris as a customized robotic civilization, complete a series of robotic portraits for science robots, worker robots, and more.
• AI, eh? Aye!: Follow new event chains and story features to lead your robot race to greatness as an intergalactic AI empire; pursue mechanical perfection in the stars.
• Rise of the Machines: Oppressed synths may rebel against their masters and form new empires -- or you may even discover a fallen synthetic civilization deep in space.
• Digital Enhancements: New synthetic race portraits, and expanded voice packs for VIR.
• New Music: Featuring three new tracks from composer Andreas Waldetoft expressing the high-tech theme of the Story Pack.
Stellaris: Synthetic Dawn Story Pack releases on PC, Mac and Linux September 21st, 2017.
