The Flash Season 2 Teaser Gives a First Look at Atom Smasher
The CW has released a brief teaser trailer for The Flash Season 2. The clip may be short but it does offer a first look at the new villain Atom Smasher, as well as reveal a new piece of equipment that could easily be labeled a "Flash signal".
According to ComicBook.com, Atom Smasher comes to Central City to kill The Flash. His incredible strength and ability to grow to enormous size makes him more than a match for Flash and the entire S.T.A.R. Labs team will have to come together to find a way to defeat him. This is a twist of the comic book's version of the character in which he's originally depicted as a hero.
The Flash Season 2 kicks off on October 6th, 2015 in the US. A UK launch date has yet to be announced.
