The Scream TV series, which, quite frankly should be called Scream TV - looks set to scare a whole new generation as MTV unleash a whopping eight minute preview of pulse pounding stabby action.
While the idea of a television show based on the Scream franchise for a largely teenage audience may result in many fans pulling a Ghostface - don't despair, you may have liked watching scary movies but we'll bet you'll love watching this surprisingly tense teaser.
Nailing the comedy/horror tone a lot better than previous trailers, Scream premieres on Tuesday 30th June on MTV.
