Sherlock Season 4 to Begin Filming Spring 2016
We have some exciting news for all of you super-sleuth fans out there. BBC's crime drama Sherlock, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman, is set to pick up production once again.
While speaking at the BAFTA Awards ceremony co-creator Steven Moffat and star Amanda Abbington confirmed that work on the three-part series is scheduled to commence early next Spring.
In regards to Season 4 Moffat told Digital Spy: "[Series four] is going to be... I suppose you'd say... consequences. It's consequences. Chickens come to roost."
"It's dark in some ways - obviously it's great fun and a Sherlock Holmes romp and all that - but there's a sense of things coming back to bite you."
Sherlock won the Radio Times audience award during the ceremony. Be sure to check back soon for an official release date.
