Jennifer Lawrence Stars In Red Sparrow Trailer
Jennifer Lawrence is a ballerina who uses her body as a weapon when she becomes a Russian spy in the first trailer for Red Sparrow.
Reuniting with Hunger Games: Catching Fire and Mockingjay director Francis Lawrence, she’ll play young ballerina Dominika Egorova (Lawrence) who suffers a career-ending injury that both threatens her livelihood and her ill mother’s health. Pressured into joining a secret Russian intelligence service that trains gifted young people to use their bodies and minds as deadly weapons, her whole world is turned upside when, on her first mission she encounters a CIA agent (Joel Edgerton) who makes her question everything she has been taught to believe.
