There's finally a solid date for RPG Two Worlds II DLC Call of the Tenebrae, the first of two scheduled to release in 2017 with a Season Pass.

The fantasy RPG from Reality Pump and TopWare Interactive originally came out back in late 2010. Despite that time gap the studio has been working on adding fresh adventures following a game engine upgrade, boasting of much higher levels of detail.

"When we started development on Two Worlds II: Call of the Tenebrae in early 2016, we underestimated how excited our team would be to get back to Antaloor. It took longer than expected, but we ended up with a 10+ hour adventure that is nearly a full sized release! Due to how large Call of the Tenebrae became, we’ve decided to release our game as an add-on to Two Worlds II, in addition to a standalone version for fans both new and old," said Alexandra Constandache, CEO TopWare Interactive.

Theres over 10 hours worth of gameplay with Call of the Tenebrae featuring new locations, enemies, gear and of course the HD upgrade. The Hero returns to Antaloor only to witness the shocking murder of DarPha. The killers responsible are a tribe of rat-like creatures known as 'The Chosen'. This tribe uses a new powerful magic and their murderous plot threatens all of Antaloor. A second DLC - Shattered Embrace - is also due later in 2017 with no details revealed yet.

Two Worlds II: Call of the Tenebrae releases for PC, Mac and Linux May 25th ,2017.
