Assassin's Creed Syndicate Embargo Ends One Day Before Release

Last year, Ubisoft pulled off a rather scummy move in which the review embargo date for Assassin's Creed Unity was set for after release, meaning there was no way of figuring whether the game was in working condition... which it wasn't.

Fortunately, this time around the embargo date for Assassin's Creed Syndicate has been set for the day before its official worldwide release. While this doesn't mean we're not expected a day one patch, it does show us that Ubisoft is somewhat more optimistic when it comes to Syndicate's quality.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate will be available on October 23, so be sure to check out the reviews before you pick it up!
