Mass Effect: Andromeda Release Date Confirmed
BioWare's Mass Effect: Andromeda has finally been nailed down in a new trailer that emerged from Nvidia's CES presentation that included a mid-March release.
It's time to brush up on our Andromeda Initiative briefing material because the trip to a galaxy right next door is on track for March, coming first to the US and two days later in Europe. The new gameplay footage from the CES trailer also revealed more on player skill customisation.
It didn't exactly go into huge depth but it did expose the game's menu interface where we'll be adjusting our Pathfinder abilities, which includes improving skills and abilities from the series so far, like Overload and Incinerate, but also introduces new ones specific to Andromeda. It also reveals 'loadouts' we can customise and switch between - something Dragon Age: Inquisition could have used.
Mass Effect: Andromeda releases on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 March 21st, 2017 in the US, March 23rd in Europe.
