The New Dark Tower Trailer is the Best Yet
Previous trailers for The Dark Tower have focused on the conflict between Roland Deschain AKA The Gunslinger (Idris Elba) and Walter AKA The Man in Black (Matthew McConaughey) well now, that conflict has reached our world in a sterling new trailer.
Stephen King’s Dark Tower tales have conquered all mediums, from books to comics and now the movies, with an entirely different origin story for our antagonists. Director Nikolaj Arcel crafts a story which sees The Gunslinger and warlock Walter, The Man In Black, who brought chaos and destruction to a realm known as Mid-World, continue their duel with Walter after the Dark Tower, which maintains order in the various realms and multiverses, and Deschain after... Walter - locked in an eternal battle and determined to prevent him from toppling the Dark Tower, which holds the universe together. With the fate of the worlds at stake, good and evil will collide in the ultimate battle as only Roland can defend the Tower from the Man in Black.
The Dark Tower is due in UK cinemas on the 18th August.
