Until For Honor arrives in February 2017, there's Swordy, a more colorful brawler with an emphasis on mastering weapons of war, including swords, knives, hammers, flails, axes, & shields.

As the first title from indie developer Frogshark, Swordy is aiming to capture the fun of local party brawling with your friends. It's a game that will test your timing and precision as you fight for your life in arenas belonging to a ruined empire. With each weapon and character having varying momentums and weight, plenty of practice sessions will be required to truly master Swordy's mechanics.

Releasing via Steam's Early Access service on July 22nd, the developers are hoping that the community hopping in to have some fun with the game will help shape and refine the full game when it releases in the future. They are also planning to add more weapons to the mix at some point in development.

Swordy is also being planned for release on Xbox One. The game will cost $15. Let us know below if you plan on picking it up!
