Hello Neighbor Release Date Confirmed
Stealth horror game Hello Neighbor has been given a release date for PC and Xbox One, with the indie title from Dynamic Pixels due by the end of August.
This intriguing little stealth challenge is all about trying to discover what your neighbour has hiding in the basement, but the AI controlling the ever-vigilant neighbor 'learns' from what the player does to sabotage their efforts.
"Hello Neighbor is a stealth horror game about sneaking into your neighbor's house to figure out what horrible secrets he's hiding in the basement. You play against an advanced AI that learns from your every move. Really enjoying climbing through that backyard window? Expect a bear trap there. Sneaking through the front door? There'll be cameras there soon. Trying to escape? The Neighbor will find a shortcut and catch you."
Repeatedly trying the same tactics to get into his house will cause the AI to respond and a new 'AI Rundown' trailer explains its cunning.
