The first Yu-Gi-Oh! title for current generation consoles is pulling out all of the stops to pull back the virtual card game craze from Hearthstone. Amassing a collection of 6691 cards and a playable history of the anime series, will Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist be on your wishlist this summer?

Today's Twitch stream revealed two hours of gameplay which you can check out below, as well as a host of interesting features. We already know the game will feature an abridged version of the anime storyline (not that kind of abridged), but it will also include cutscenes and show-accurate decks to use.

You can, if you'd like, build your own custom deck with the expansive library of almost 7000 cards but if you're looking to grab those trophies, you'll want to reenact moments from the show. As for the deck building itself, you won't have to wade through your ridiculous chest of cards any longer with a new Smart Search feature.

Konami doesn't want you to worry about paid DLC packs, swearing that you'll get all you could need in the base purchase. Defeating other duelists will net you three cards from their deck plus additional currency to purchase in-game packs. Unfortunately, the card password feature and trading systems of the past will not be making an appearance.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist is expected to arrive this summer for Xbox One and Playstation 4. It will cost you around $20 but a free downloadable trial will be available.
