Pillars Of Eternity Expansion "The White March - Part I" Releases Today
Obsidian Entertainment's very first expansion to the CRPG Pillars of Eternity is due for release today, August 25th. Billed as Part 1 of 2, we must recapture a long forgotten forge in the snowy White Marches.
.The expansion includes new features for the game such as soulbound weapons which let us bind them to a particular character class unlocking unique powers. Perhaps of greater interest to Pillars of Eternity adventurers is the arrival of Patch 2.0, which is actually available even if you don't buy The White March. This new patch overhauls party AI to reduce micro-management.
Pillars of Eternity: The White March - Part I releases on PC today, August 25th. The expansion was promised as part of the tremendously successful Kickstarter campaign, so backers are entitled to it.
