Launch Trailer For 5 Lives Studios' "Satellite Reign", Releases August 28th
The spiritual successor to Bullfrog's Syndicate is almost here as developer 5 Lives Studios releases the launch trailer for Satellite Reign, which emerges from the corporate shadows next week.
Life began as a Kickstarter campaign for the real-time strategy game and they secured over £460k back in July 2013. Satellite Reign is built using the Unity engine and has been available through Steam Early Access since December of last year.
It's a multi-class tactical strategy set in an open world cyberpunk future where corporate warfare is the norm, but as a new syndicate we're here to upset the balance and carve out a slice of the action. It's considered by many as a 'successor' to Peter Molyneux's classic Syndicate series, which EA did revive back in 2012 but as a first-person shooter by Starbreeze Studios.
Satellite Reign releases on PC, Mac and Linux August 28th, 2015.
