Biopic "Trumbo" Starring Bryan Cranston Gets First Trailer
Having retired from the meth-cooking business, Bryan Cranston now plays blacklisted screenwriter Dalton Trumbo in the 1940s in the aptly named biopic "Trumbo" - the first trailer has been released.
The film explores the battle Trumbo has against the infamous Hollywood blacklist that denied those on it the right to work within the industry over accusations of communist leanings or membership. The film is based on Bruce Alexander Cook's biography of the man.
Other stars include Elle Fanning, Helen Mirren and funny man Louis C.K.
Trumbo releases in US cinemas November 6th, and in the UK January 22nd, 2016.
