Dripping with 80s nostalgia, the first full trailer for Stranger Things’ Season two has arrived.

Soundtracked by Michael Jackson’s Thriller – making clever use of Vincent Price’s voice over - the trailer, which was released during SDCC, sees the boys enjoying a bit of downtime playing 1980s classic Dragon Quest at the arcade before it becomes all-sorts of amazing.

The gateway between worlds appears to have been left open and it’s spreading across Hawkins, Indiana.

From then on out, all hell breaks loose as the Upside Down seemingly invades the real world, with nods to Eighties classics like Ghostbusters, The Lost Boys and Close Encounters of the Third Kind mixed in.

The trailer concludes with the return of Eleven who vanished at the end of season one, speaking telepathically and finding a wormhole from the Upside Down back to Indiana.

Stranger Things' Season Two arrives just in time for Halloween binge-watching on October 27th.
