Skeleton King Leoric Joins Blizzard's Storm
Lingering on the battlefield even after death, King Leoric and his phantom form will be the third Diablo character to join Heroes of the Storm during the Eternal Conflict promotion, alongside Johanna the Crusaders and The Butcher.
King Leoric is Undying which makes him a formidable foe: as you can see in the spotlight trailer below, death's cool grip will not slow him down. You'll still be able to slow enemies in an ethereal form and reduce your death timer or, while still among the living, take a walk of the Wraith side and teleport short distances.
As for taking the offensive, the Skeleton King shows off his Skeletal Swing which brings the hammer down on enemies to slow them. Leoric can drain health and heal his own with Drain Hope, an ability which allows Leoric to continue attacking.
As for Heroic Options, Leoric can erect a tomb around himself and his foe, trapping their movements. He can also set himself on a furious parade of melee attacks in March of the Black King, damaging all enemies in his path and healing himself for each one.
