The Animals Of Far Cry: Primal
In Far Cry: Primal, players will become the "beast-master" of the Stone Age by taming the local wildlife. In fact, it'll be essential to surviving the brutal landscape you're put into. So, what types of animals can you expect to encounter on your quest for survival?
HERE THEY ARE:
Brown Bear
They might be the slowest of the tamable animals, but what they lack in speed, they make up for in strength and powerful blows to the enemy. If you're able to find a bear to tame in the game, you can even send it in to singe-handedly clear out an outpost.
Sabretooth Tiger
The sabretooth has both speed and power. If your intent is simply to scare the living daylights out of your enemies, these four-legged guys will do against the toughest of opponents.
The Cheetah
It's going to take more than Cheetos to tame these beasts. The cheetah won't be recognized as the most offensive or defensive animal in the game, but it will be perfect for when you need a fast attack on the enemy. It's for sure the fastest animal in Primal.
Wolves
Dogs come from the wolf family, so you can expect a similar relationship between you and your canine and one from the pack. A wolf's loyalty to you makes him a perfect ally on missions!
Owls
Owls will be your eyes and ears... from the skies. The game's protagonist, Takkar, can you use these creatures to scout out enemy camps. They can also be used to open cages or claw enemies. Owls have strong talons - use them to your advantage!
