Original Journey Release Date Confirmed For PC And Console
Indie action adventure Original Journey, which stars a space faring vegetation called Ato, is coming to PC this August and to console in early 2018.
A slow death is claiming the home world of the Ato who set off across the universe to locate the Origin Stone, with which they hope to save their world. The problem is it lies on the ominous Planet Shadow where many obstacles will try to keep them from their quest.
"Original Journey demands skill to vanquish the creatures of Planet Shadow and offers an arsenal of weapons so players can find their favorites, but the story asks some hard questions," says Iain Garner, Director of Developer Relations at Another Indie, "Original Journey will take players on an action-packed journey as they explore the limits of their own morality."
It blends shooting, platforming, tower-defense, puzzles and racing in a narrative driven adventure from developer Bonfire Entertainment.
Original Journey releases on PC August 16th, 2017 and on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Switch in Q1 2018.
