Marvel's Inhumans Gets Its First Teaser Trailer

Marvel have unveiled the first image and teaser from the upcoming ABC series, Inhumans and well…Something is off.

Perhaps it’s because we’re not viewing the costumes on screen where filters and cool camera work can hide what looks particularly costumey about their individual looks and Medusa's (Serinda Swan) very wiggy wig but let’s not be too hasty in judging it just yet. Also, where the hell is Lockjaw!

Inhumans is the upcoming eight-episode Marvel Cinematic Universe TV series that explores the story of the Inhuman royal family, led by the ever-silent Black Bolt (Anson Mount). Iron First season 1 showrunner Scott Buck is also overseeing the Inhumans TV show.

As for the teaser (which made its bow before IMAX screenings of Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2.),being as the show is currently being worked upon for its bow first in theatres in IMAX ahead of its debut on ABC this fall, it features naught but the logo and some scene setting dialogue – including some portentous lines from Maximus (Iwan Rheon), who makes his desire for power and thoughts of betrayal against his brother Black Bolt not-so-secret.

Inhumans screens in IMAX theaters for two weeks starting Friday, September 1, prior to its television debut on Tuesday, September 26 on ABC.
