The Spencer Mansion Looks Unrecognizable In Umbrella Corps' New DLC Trailer

The official Resident Evil YouTube channel has provided the first trailer and look at the Spencer Mansion DLC map coming to recently released series spin-off, Umbrella Corps.

If you're unaware, the Spencer Mansion is from the original Resident Evil game. Although it was blown to hell just before the credits role at the end of the game, it's ready to make a comeback... Sorta. As you can see in the trailer below, the location looks a lot less spookier than the last time you saw it. It's sporting a more modern look, has a daytime setting, and there's definitely been a bit more light bulbs turned on this time around. Those are all points that Resident Evil fans don't seem too happy to hear. As of this writing, on YouTube, the video's Like to Dislike ratio is sitting pretty close to 50/50, with 213 Likes & 210 Dislikes garnered so far.

You can form your own opinion in our comments section below. As a Resident Evil fan, what do you think of the new look? The map is available free to download today, July 7th for PC & PlayStation 4 players.
