Now You See Me 3 Finds Writers
Conjuring up two writers to develop another part in the magicians-as-modern-day-Robin-Hoods franchise, Now You See Me 3 has hired Neil Widener and Gavin James to write the script.
The pair aren’t exactly household names but they’ve attracted attention thanks to their Battle Of Alcatraz script for Paramount and, more recently landing the job of writing San Andreas 2 for Dwayne Johnson and New Line.
Of course, there are no story details at present but we can reasonable expect the leads – Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Mark Ruffalo, Dave Franco and assuming she doesn't disappear like Isla Fisher after the original, Lizzy Caplan, to return. Jon M. Chu, who made the second movie is attached to direct again, and he’ll have to pull the rabbit out of the hat again after the less-than-stellar showing of the sequel Now You See Me 2 which most people failed to see at all.
