Edgar Wright's Baby Driver Trailer Scorches in
Blistering its way across the internet in a blaze of wheel-spin and music, it’s the first trailer for the eagerly anticipated new movie from Edgar Wright, Baby Driver.
Something of a departure from usual comedy fare from the director of Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead, instead it’s a pulsing thriller driven by the sounds of Baby’s (Ansel Elgort) iPod.
The trailer sees the shades-wearing getaway driver, Baby, looking to get out of the crime game after falling for waitress Deborah (Lily James). That means coming into conflict with crime kingpin Doc (played by Kevin Spacey) and his associates, including Buddy (Jon Hamm), Bats (Jamie Foxx), and Griff (Jon Bernthal).
Inspired as much by music as films like The Driver, Baby Driver will handbrake turn its way into cinemas on 16th August.
