New Trailer For Aardman Animation Early Man
A new Aardman film can only mean one thing – an entertaining mixture of knockabout gags, great characters, and some inventive stop-motion animation – and Early Man, the new film from Oscar winning director Nick Park, is no exception.
The story sees caveman Dug (Eddie Redmayne) leading a happy, if humdrum life with his Stone Age tribe (including Richard Ayoade's Treebor, Timothy Spall's Chief Bobnar and Mark Williams' Barry). But then their world of hunting, laughing and swapping underwear (yes, really) is thrown into chaos by the arrival of some interlopers within the tribe.
Threatening to drag the tribe into the Bronze Age is Lord Nooth (Tom Hiddleston) who along with a group of equally developed strangers are looking to take over Dug’s valley. How will they decide the fate of their small part of the world? Football of course.
Featuring Johnny Vegas, Maisie Williams and Gina Yashere Early Man will arrive in cinemas on 26 January.
