Transformers: The Last Knight adds Mini-Dinobots, Nazis and Hitler

As we all know, Transformers: The Last Knight will make use of King Arthur and his knights of a table that isn’t a rectangle, with Liam Garrigan playing old Arthur himself, but that’s not the films only foray into history.

Controversy has been swarming in old Blighty after Transformers began shooting at Winston Churchill‘s former home of Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.

On set pictures confirm that Hitler and the Nazis will have some kind of role in the movie because of course they do. Also, it turns out the prehistoric flares of the Transformers franchise that emerged with Dinobots in Transformers: Age of Extinction will have some little additions in this sequel as well.

So what’s the controversy? Well it’s Winston Churchill’s house…covered in Nazi paraphernalia…you can almost hear the monocles hitting the ground in shock! And it’s understandable too, with several War veterans furious at the lack of respect shown to the great man’s residency. But, hey, it’s movies and despite a multitude of cinematic sins, it’s not like Michael Bay is endorsing the Nazi party…but imagine the Ads if he did!

Just how the Transformers fit with Nazis remains to be seen.

One thing that’s a little clearer is the presence of those mini Dinobots as revealed by Mark Wahlberg, just happened to mention that there will be some “cool new” mini-Dinobots that he thinks fans will go crazy for.

So for those keeping check that’s Nazis King Arthur, Hitler, mini-Dinobots, Hot Rod, Anthony Hopkins and Britain’s loneliest dog, all appearing in the Transformers: The Last Knight when it hits theatres on June 23, 2017.
