There have been many men lined up to fill the tuxedo of James Bond, but, according to the 007 producer, nobody does it better than Daniel Craig, who has been offered $150 million to play James Bond two more times.

Since Spectre came and disappointed, there hasn’t been any official confirmation that James Bond will return although, yes of course, he will be back, but exactly who will be playing him has been the source of much speculation.

Names such as Thor’s Tom Hiddlestone and Poldark’s Aiden Turner, have been linked to the role but, if Radar Online are to be believed, Craig is the man they want. A firm fan favourite thanks to Casino Royale and Skyfall, Craig is apparently the reason for the delay, as the producers fight to keep him interested in the role that he very publicly said he’d rather slash his wrists than return to.

According to Radar Online, “Daniel’s the key for a seamless, safe transition as far as Sony and Bond bosses are concerned, and they’re prepared to pay a king’s ransom to make it happen.”

But is $150 million enough to make him return? Never say never...
