'Shadow Of The Tomb Raider' Spotted On Train

If some guy on some train with some laptop is to be believed then Eidos Montreal's next project looks to be some game called Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

A fellow passenger aboard the train happened to invade the holiest sanctity of laptop privacy bestowed upon you as you enter a commuter train, as they snapped a cheeky pic of the rather interesting content on the laptop. It seems to be a presentation slide of some sort and it bares the name 'Shadow of the Tomb Raider'. Unfortunately the snap doesn't include enough resolution to try and piece together the text on the screen outside of the logo.

Crystal Dynamics has rebooted Tomb Raider in recent years as they decided to brush aside the old adventure timeline for a new and fresh take on Lara Croft's beginnings. It began with the simply named Tomb Raider, followed by Rise of the Tomb Raider and now appears to be Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Crystal Dynamics won't be handling development of this Tomb Raider title, but they do have their own Tomb Raider project in development. Given the timescale of these projects Crystal's is likely to arrive before Eidos Montreal's work as they were still working on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided until recently, and have the sequel and DLC still to go.

We'll keep an eye on Eidos Montreal's Shadow of the Tomb Raider for any more information.
